I work at an Ontario university, and we will be putting in a centrally managed system for charging on campus. Both Flo and Chargepoint have offerings that communicate over the air with each other and with a central management system. From what I understand, the billing etc. is managed by Flo or Chargepoint, there is a user interface for parking services through a webpage, and revenues or charges are paid quarterly.
